2 rooms house of 75 m² in Avanos

İmbros’da eski Rum köyü Dereköy- Pera tarafında; -nar, ayva, erik, dut ağaçları olan geniş avlu ve bahçeli, -iki katlı, -75 m2, -2+1, -2 banyolu, -eşyalı, -döküm sobalı, -termosifonlu, -beyaz eşyalara bulaşık ve kurutma makinası da dahil olan, -1 ton su deposu + hidroforlu (yazın olası su kesintileri için), taş evimizi Şubat 2025 başından itibaren yıllık olarak eşyalı kiraya veriyoruz- sezonluk değil! Kışın da -full olmasa bile, sık aralıklarla evde kalmaya devam edecek kişiler arıyoruz. Keza bu tip evlerin sağlığı için kışın soba yanması önemli. Sadece yazlık olarak kullanmak üzere verilmeyecektir. Fotoğraflarda da görülebilecek bir takım eksikler var- boya vs yapılması gereken yerler. Evin inşaatı geçen kış tamamlanayazdı :). Rötuş ve eksikler kiralanmadan önce bitirilecek. + Eşyaların hepsi daha 1 seneliktir. Her şey yeni alındı, planlarımız değiştiği için taşınıyoruz. + Soba tüm evin ısınmasına yetiyor- buna uygun olarak seçildi. + Alt kattaki L koltuk açılıp 2 kişilik yatak oluyor. + İnternetimiz iyi çekiyor. Türk Telekom ADSL kullanıyoruz- limitsiz. İki kişi aynı anda stream yapabiliyoruz. + İlgisi olanlar için; bahçeye kümes kurulup- tavuk beslenebilir + soğuk / sıcak kompost ve bokashi düzenekleri kurulabilir. Bunlar kendi planlarımız değişmeden önceki arzularımızdı :) Daha fazla detay ve sorularınız için cep telefonundan ulaşabilirsiniz. ------------- ENGLISH VERSION: On Imbroz island (Gokceada), in an old Greek village- Pera side of Dereköy; -Spacious courtyard and garden with pomegranate, quince, plum, and mulberry trees -Duplex, -75 m², -2+1, -2 bathrooms, -Fully furnished- except pots pans sheets etc., -With a cast-iron stove for heating, -Equipped with a large water heater tank, -including drying machine, -1-ton water tank + hydrofor (for possible water interruptions in summer) We are renting our stone house from the beginning of February 2025 on an annual basis—not seasonal! We are also looking for people who will continue to stay in the house in the winter—even if not full-time. It’s important for the health of the house that the stove is used in winter. It will not be rented out for summer-only use. There are some deficiencies visible in the photos—areas that need painting, etc. The construction of the house was ‘almost’ completed last winter :). Touch-ups and deficiencies will be finished before renting. We strongly recommend that those considering coming- have a car! + The stove is sufficient for heating the entire house—it was selected accordingly. + All the items are only 1 year old. Everything was bought new, and we're moving out because our plans changed :) + The L-shaped sofa downstairs can be turned into a double bed. + Our internet connection is good. We use Türk Telekom ADSL with unlimited data. Two people can stream at the same time. + For those interested, a chicken coop can be set up in the garden, and cold/hot compost and Bokashi systems can be established.
